Neelam Nigam is a prominent political leader and social worker associated with the Indian National Congress. Coming from a family with a rich political heritage — her mother, Madhu Shrivastav, served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly — Neelam inherited a deep commitment to public service.

As the founder of Mission Smile Foundation, she has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at uplifting underprivileged communities. From facilitating over 60,000 Aadhaar and Ayushman Bharat cards to organizing free health camps and employment fairs, her work has touched countless lives.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Neelam led extensive relief operations, distributing food, medicines, and essential supplies to affected families. Her Sarwan Yatra initiative for senior citizens reflects her compassionate approach to governance.
